Cooking Instructions

Lasagne
For the best result, defrost before reheating.

Free Flow and Single Lasagne Portions
Microwave: If fresh or defrosted, cover and reheat for 3 minutes on high (or 5 minutes from frozen) or until piping hot.
Oven: Remove from packaging, preheat oven to 180C, and heat for approximately 20 minutes until piping hot.

3kg & Family Lasagne Tray
Preheat oven to 180C and heat for approx. 20-30 minutes until piping hot.  If still frozen, cover with tinfoil and heat for 60 minutes on 150C until piping hot.

Frozen Filled Pasta
Bring a large pot of well salted water to the boil.  Add required amount of frozen pasta to the boiling water & cook for 7-8 minutes or until al dente. Drain & serve with your favourite sauce.
Note that for Pansotti and Ravioloni simmer for 5-6 minutes, do not have the water boiling rapidly as this may cause the parcels to open.

Fresh Filled Pasta
Follow instructions as above but cooking time will be 4-5 minutes.

Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of well salted water to the boil.  Add required amount of gnocchi & boil for approx. 4-6 minutes or until floating.  Drain and serve with your favourite sauce. 

Cannelloni
Pre-heat oven to 180 C, place frozen cannelloni in an oven dish & cover with your favourite sauce and a generous sprinkle of cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.

Chilled Ribbon Cut
 
Bring a large pot of well salted water to the boil. Add required amount of pasta and boil for 4-5 minutes until al dente. Drain & serve with your favourite sauce.

Ready Meals
Microwave as packaged (seal is self-ventilating): If defrosted, reheat for 3 minutes on high (or 5 minutes from frozen) or until piping hot.
